Listing Week Schedule
Once we finalize the Listing Paperwork, we will set up a free Staging Conslutation with you to be performed by one of our preferred Staging Vendors. Our Staging Professionals will provide you with a list of recommendations to present your home in its best light.
Monday or Tuesday (following completion of staging)
We will schedule to have photographs taken of your home – unfinished areas, storage areas, and closets will not be photographed but should be tidied up before Friday for showings. We will obtain a set of keys for the property to be placed in the lockbox.
Tuesday or Wednesday
We will obtain showing instructions from you and discuss the showing process. We will also provide you with a personalized login ID to access your showing information online 24/7. We will provide you information on our listing service, Centralized Showing Services (CSS). Your listing will be added into the CSS system and a lockbox will be installed on your property for showings to begin Friday. Wednesday or Thursday
We will upload your listing to our website (www.danspahrsales.com), to Ricker Realty’s website (www.rickerrealtyhomes.com), and to all of our online partners.
Thursday
We will place our Professional Ricker Realty For Sale Sign strategically on your property. We will deliver brochures for brochure holder and for display in your home and begin aggressively marketing your property.
Friday
Your home will be entered in to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and we will begin agressively marketing your property. Showings on your proeprty will begin. A keybox will be placed on your property if one has not already been installed.
Saturday or Sunday
If you choose to have an Open House, it will be held between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
